Dozens of people were rescued and evacuated following a fire at a large commercial building in the South Korean city of Seongnam on Friday.
The Gyeonggi Provincial Fire Department reported that over 100 firefighters and 40 fire engines were dispatched to the scene.
Approximately 50 people safely exited the building on their own, while emergency responders rescued an additional 40 individuals.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
