England Manager Gareth Southgate Dismisses Manchester United Rumors as ‘Completely Disrespectful’

Gareth Southgate, manager of England, has strongly criticized recent rumors suggesting he might take over as manager of Manchester United. Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Southgate described the speculation as 'completely disrespectful'.

Southgate has been at the helm of the 'Three Lions' for over seven years, guiding the team with dedication and focus. As the UEFA European Championship (Euros) approaches, set to begin on June 14 in Germany, Southgate emphasizes his commitment to leading England to their first tournament title in the past 16 editions.

'I think there are two things from my point of view, one is that I'm the England manager,' Southgate stated ahead of Friday's friendly against Brazil. 'I've got one job basically – to try and deliver a European Championship. Clearly before that, there are two important games this week.'

He further addressed the rumors about Manchester United, highlighting his respect for existing management structures. 'Second thing is, Manchester United have a manager and I think it is always completely disrespectful when there is a manager in place. I'm president of the LMA [League Managers' Association] so I don't have any time for that sort of thing really,' Southgate added.

As England prepares for the upcoming Euros, Southgate remains focused on the team's performance and upcoming matches, dismissing distractions and maintaining his commitment to securing a historic victory for the nation.
