The 11th Dajiang Forum, a pivotal event dedicated to the peaceful development of relations between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan, took place on Friday in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
Under the theme \"Facilitating Cross-Strait Exchange and Jointly Striving for National Rejuvenation,\" the forum was sponsored by the Central Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League.
Approximately 150 guests attended the event, including officials, scholars, and business leaders from both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on promoting China's rich traditional culture and shared their personal experiences of living and working on the mainland.
Liu Cigui, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee, addressed the forum. He encouraged compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to collaborate in building a prosperous future for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Since its inception in 2014, the Dajiang Forum has been held annually, serving as a crucial platform for dialogue and cooperation between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.
