Day 37 of Palestine-Israel Conflict: Casualties Rise Above 12,200

Over the past five weeks, the relentless bombardment of Gaza has taken a devastating toll, with Palestinian health officials reporting more than 11,000 fatalities. On the Israeli side, the death toll has also risen, now exceeding 1,200 following a downward revision. In response to the intensified conflict, Israel states that 100,000 Palestinians have been displaced, moving southwards within Gaza over the last two days.

Amid the chaos, the Israeli army has laid siege to Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest medical facility in Gaza. Palestinian security sources reported heavy clashes as the situation at the hospital reached a critical point. The spokesperson for the Gaza health ministry confirmed that operations at the Al-Shifa Hospital complex were suspended on Saturday due to a complete fuel shortage.

As the international community watches closely, the humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to escalate, highlighting the urgent need for dialogue and peaceful resolution.
