Zhejiang Golden Bulls Defeat Shanghai Sharks, Extend Losing Streak to Three

The Zhejiang Golden Bulls secured a convincing 106-93 victory over the Shanghai Sharks in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, marking the Sharks' third consecutive loss.

Despite missing their star guard Wu Qian due to injury, Zhejiang's Cheng Shuaipeng stepped up, contributing 22 points and six assists, including four three-pointers off the bench. Paris Bass led the scoring with 30 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists for the Bulls.

The game saw Shanghai initially take the lead with a 29-23 score in the first quarter. However, Bass returned to the court with renewed energy in the second quarter, scoring 23 points over the next two quarters and helping Zhejiang establish an 11-point lead by the third quarter.

Although Shanghai made a strong push in the fourth quarter, Zhejiang held firm, thanks to Cheng's crucial three-pointers at the game's end.

In other matches, the Qingdao Eagles defeated the Liaoning Flying Leopards 96-79 in Shandong Province. Quinndary Weatherspoon was pivotal in the final moments, scoring 11 points in three minutes to secure the win for Qingdao, who took their second victory of the season.
