Chinese Mainland Posts 5.2% GDP Growth in Q1–Q3 2025

In a recent interview with CMG, Fu Linghui, spokesperson for the National Bureau of Statistics of China, revealed that the Chinese mainland’s GDP expanded by 5.2% in the first three quarters of 2025. This figure underscores the region’s strong economic resilience amid a weak global growth environment.

Commenting on the outlook, Fu Linghui noted that “we still have many favorable conditions to achieve our full-year growth target,” highlighting the role of strategic planning and structural improvements in sustaining momentum.

As the global market navigates uncertainty, the Chinese mainland’s performance provides a compelling case study for young professionals, investors, and thought leaders. The coming months will reveal whether this growth trajectory can be maintained as sectors adapt and global demand shifts.
