China-US Tech Collaboration Thrives at CES 2025 Amid Challenges

Despite recent reports of some Chinese applicants being denied US visas for the 2025 CES trade show, over 1,300 Chinese exhibitors still participated, accounting for almost one-third of the total exhibitors.

Hou Jing from CGTN highlights that Chinese and US companies have achieved significant cooperation in critical areas such as artificial intelligence (AI) chips and new energy vehicles (NEVs). She emphasizes that even with ongoing geopolitical hurdles, there is ample room for further collaboration between the two tech giants, as both countries continue to leverage their unique technological strengths.

This robust participation underscores the resilience and mutual commitment of China and the US in driving innovation and advancing technology frontiers. As both nations navigate the complexities of the global market, their collaborative efforts at events like CES 2025 demonstrate a shared vision for a technologically integrated future.
