On June 15, 2025, Beijing hosted the unveiling ceremony of the China Asia-Pacific New Era Youth International Cooperation Committee (CAPYIC), marking the official launch of a new platform designed to connect and empower youth between the Chinese mainland and the Asia-Pacific region.
More than 200 participants—including ambassadors from Asia-Pacific countries, overseas student representatives, youth representatives and guests from all walks of life—gathered to celebrate this milestone. Their presence highlighted the demand for cross-border collaboration on issues that resonate with young leaders today, from cultural exchange to digital innovation and sustainable solutions.
As CAPYIC begins its journey, it promises to be a hub where emerging entrepreneurs, activists and creatives can share ideas, build networks and co-create projects that address regional challenges.
