Having an autistic son, Zhao Yan understands the challenges faced by parents of children with special needs. In 2015, she invested all her money into establishing the Zhibo Special Education Training Center in Gansu Province. Her resilience has created a path forward for children with disabilities and their families. The center has provided free support to over 400 children, helping many develop the skills needed for independent living.
