Journalist Among Three Palestinians Killed in Gaza Strikes

On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, three Palestinians, including a journalist, were killed in separate Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical and security officials.

Medical sources reported that journalist Mahmoud Wadi died when an Israeli drone fired at least one missile into a group of civilians in the central Khan Younis area in southern Gaza. Wadi had been working in the vicinity when the strike occurred.

Elsewhere in the enclave, Civil Defense teams recovered the body of a young man in the Bureij refugee camp who had been shot by Israeli fire. In Gaza City's Zeitoun neighborhood, Al-Ahli Hospital staff confirmed another young man was killed by a separate shooting.

The Israeli military said troops in southern Gaza shot and killed two individuals they described as "terrorists" after they crossed the so-called "Yellow Line" near Israeli positions. In northern Gaza, a drone strike killed a third man labeled as a "terrorist" under similar circumstances.

Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, Gaza's health authorities report more than 350 fatalities from continued strikes. Israel maintains the operations target armed groups posing threats to its forces, while Hamas asserts it has upheld the ceasefire terms.

This surge in violence underscores the fragile nature of the ceasefire and the ongoing dangers faced by civilians and media workers across Gaza.
