A 38-year-old woman from La Courneuve appeared before a Paris magistrate this week, facing charges related to a jewel heist at the Louvre on Saturday.
Arrested alongside four other suspects, she has been formally charged with complicity in organized theft and criminal conspiracy aimed at committing a crime. Prosecutors allege she played a key role in planning the operation under investigation.
The magistrate will now decide whether to order her detention as detectives continue to piece together how the group executed the heist and trace the missing jewels.
