Wednesday morning, a shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas left three people dead and one injured, according to local police sources. The victims included two ICE detainees and a third person, whose identity has not been released.
ABC-affiliate WFAA reported that the suspected shooter was later found dead on the roof of a nearby immigration attorney's office. U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed on X that the gunman's wound was self-inflicted.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident and are working to determine how the events unfolded.
