Iran Conflict Enters Day 6: Casualties Mount Amid Strikes

The conflict between Israel and Iran has entered its sixth day, with fresh strikes reported on both sides. Citing a Washington-based human rights group, The Washington Post reports that at least 585 people have been killed and 1,326 wounded in Iran since Friday.

Of those casualties, the Human Rights Activists group identified 239 as civilians and 126 as security personnel. Iran’s health authorities have not confirmed the new figures, previously reporting 224 deaths in the latest flare-up.

Israel says 24 people were killed in Iran’s missile attacks. As the numbers grow, questions about civilian safety and regional stability remain at the forefront. We’ll keep tracking the human impact and international responses as this situation evolves.
