Meanwhile, Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, confirmed that there will be no talks between Russia and the United States in Saudi Arabia this week. This decision follows previous meetings where delegations from both nations convened in Riyadh on February 18 and Istanbul on February 27 to discuss various topics, including bilateral ties and the ongoing Ukraine crisis.
