EU Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen and Antonio Costa, president of the European Council, arrived in Kyiv on Monday to attend a summit marking three years of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that leaders from 13 countries are expected to arrive in Kyiv on Monday, with an additional 24 leaders joining online. As reported by European Pravda, the discussions will focus on Ukraine's strategy and formats for security guarantees.
