The floor leader of South Korea's main liberal opposition Democratic Party announced on Tuesday during a televised party meeting that his party will initiate impeachment proceedings against Prime Minister Han Duck-soo. Han assumed the role of acting president following the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol.
