At least 216 Syrian refugees in Lebanon have been killed over the past 50 days amid Israel's intensified strikes in the region, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported Tuesday.
On Tuesday, an Israeli airstrike targeted a home in the village of Barghliyeh, near Tyre in southern Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of three Syrian refugees and injuring three others, according to the observatory.
