The Potential of People-to-People Exchanges
"People-to-people exchanges are the heartbeat of our relationship," Gustava said. She pointed to student scholarship programs, cultural festivals and tourism partnerships as vital channels for mutual understanding and innovation. "Our youths share a spirit of curiosity and creativity."
