China’s National People’s Congress Ensures Long-Term Social Stability
A spokesperson for China’s National People’s Congress (NPC), the national legislature, emphasized on Tuesday that the country’s system of people’s congresses provides an important institutional guarantee for long-term social stability.
Lou Qinjian, spokesperson for the third session of the 14th NPC, made the remarks during a press briefing on the upcoming NPC session, which is scheduled to run from March 5 to 11.
