China’s No.1 Central Document to Drive Rural Vitalization

The Chinese mainland has unveiled this year's \"No.1 central document,\" outlining priorities for deepening rural reforms and advancing all around rural vitalization. Zhang Chuanhong, professor at the College of Humanities and Development Studies at China Agricultural University, says the combination of the social security system and the market mechanism is the key to stimulate the internal rural dynamism.
