China's National Health Commission has announced that influenza infections are set to decrease in the second half of January. Despite a 3.8 percent rise in infection rates detected in outpatient and emergency departments during the first week of 2025, this increase is lower than the same period last year.
Wang Liping, a researcher with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, confirmed that no new infectious diseases have emerged, assuring the public of ongoing health stability.
