Victoria Harbor in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region erupted with color on Sunday evening to mark the second day of the Year of the Dragon. The 2024 Chinese New Year fireworks display commenced at 8 p.m. Beijing time, lighting up the sky with a breathtaking array of pyrotechnics.

Over the course of 23 minutes, a staggering 23,888 shells were launched in an elaborate show divided into eight mesmerizing scenes. The display aimed to extend New Year greetings to both residents of Hong Kong and visitors, while expressing hopes for the city's continued stability and prosperity.

Spectators flocked to both sides of Victoria Harbor, particularly in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai, to witness the spectacular fireworks. The vibrant display provided a perfect backdrop for onlookers to capture memorable moments with their phones and cameras, celebrating the festive season together.
