China’s AG600 Amphibious Aircraft Begins Full-Scale Fatigue Testing

China's independently developed AG600 large amphibious aircraft has entered a crucial phase of full-scale fatigue testing, marking a significant milestone in the nation's aviation advancements. Announced by the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) on Wednesday, this comprehensive test aims to evaluate the aircraft's durability and performance under various stress conditions.

The testing is being conducted at the Aircraft Strength Research Institute of China, located in Yanliang District, Xi'an City, within Shaanxi Province. As China's leading aircraft manufacturer, AVIC emphasizes that the results from these tests will provide essential data for the future life extension and potential modifications of the AG600, ensuring its reliability and efficiency for diverse missions.
