China has taken another step forward in enhancing global connectivity by launching its third high-orbit internet services satellite on Thursday. The launch took place at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province, located in the southwest of the Chinese mainland.
The satellite was successfully propelled into its designated orbit at 9:50 p.m. Beijing Time aboard the reliable Long March-3B carrier rocket. This satellite serves as the third member of China’s high-orbit internet delivery constellation, aiming to provide improved internet services across various regions.
This mission marks the 538th flight of the Long March carrier rocket series, underscoring China’s robust and consistent achievements in space technology.
