Grok-1.5, an enhanced version of the original Grok chatbot, will be available to early testers and existing Grok users on X in the coming days, according to a statement released by xAI on Thursday.
This launch follows Musk's earlier announcement this month about open-sourcing Grok, a move made shortly after he filed a lawsuit against Microsoft-backed OpenAI. Musk accused OpenAI of straying from its original mission in favor of a for-profit model.
