China Sweeps All Titles at Diving World Cup Super Final

China delivered a masterclass at the World Aquatics Diving World Cup Super Final in Beijing, claiming all nine gold medals at the National Aquatics Center, aka the Water Cube.

Over three days, 75 divers from 17 countries and regions captivated 21,000 spectators as they vied for top honors. China wasted no time asserting its dominance: triple event champion Chen Yuxi and men's 10m platform winner Zhu Zifeng earned crystal trophies as Best Female and Best Male Diver.

On the final day, Chen Jia clinched the women's 3m springboard title with a top score of 382.05 points, edging Olympic gold medalist Chen Yiwen (368.40) and Australia's Maddison Keeney. In the men's 10m platform, second-seeded Zhu Zifeng awed the crowd with five perfect 10s on his opening dive and a remarkable 571.90 overall, while teammate Cheng Zilong also dazzled with flawless early dives.

China's clean sweep underscores its growing depth in diving, a field where precision, nerves of steel, and innovation converge. For young athletes and sports fans worldwide, it's a reminder that global competition fuels new benchmarks and that the Water Cube remains a hallowed stage for aquatic excellence.

With the 2024 Paris Olympics on the horizon, all eyes will be on how this powerhouse squad translates its Water Cube triumph into Olympic gold.
