  • 34 major events with 60 sub-events and 255 minor events.
  • 27 venues planned, 21 of which have already received upgrades.
  • 25 test activities organized to ensure smooth operations and athlete readiness.

As host nation, China will field around 330 athletes in disciplines ranging from sports climbing and korfball to artistic roller skating. This marks the largest contingent at the Games, highlighting the country’s growing interest in alternative sports.
