The Chinese mainland is all set to host the Harbin Asian Winter Games, with a delegation of 170 athletes gearing up to compete in all 64 events starting on February 7th.
In total, China's delegation at Harbin includes 257 people, ensuring robust support for the athletes as they represent the host nation for the third time.
The team boasts a balanced lineup of 85 men and 85 women, averaging 23 years of age. Among the athletes, the oldest is 40 years old, and the youngest is just 16, showcasing a blend of experience and youthful energy.
Out of the 170 athletes, 147 are making their debut at the Asian Winter Games, while 48 have previously competed in the Beijing Winter Olympics. Notably, Olympic champions Gu Ailing and Xu Mengtao are among the seasoned competitors representing China.
