Standout performances from Chen Zhongxian and Chen Yimin, each netting four goals, were pivotal in establishing China's lead.
Despite a strong final quarter from Ukraine, who managed to score 4-2 in the last period, including four goals from Oktavian Veklyuk—bringing his tournament total to 14—the deficit proved insurmountable.
