Kendrick Nunn Sets Record with Seven 3-Pointers in Quarter, Leads Panathinaikos to Victory

In an electrifying display of skill and precision, Kendrick Nunn of Panathinaikos made history during their dominating 103-74 home victory over Olimpia Milano in the EuroLeague.

The 29-year-old American guard set a new record in the first quarter by sinking seven three-pointers, scoring an impressive 21 points. Nunn's stellar performance not only tied him with Toney Douglas for the all-time scoring record for any 10-minute period but also propelled Panathinaikos to a commanding 38-15 lead, marking the highest-scoring quarter in the club's history.

After leading the Greek powerhouse to the EuroLeague title last May, Nunn demonstrated why he is a key player for Panathinaikos. He started the game by hitting a triple to open a 7-0 lead, followed by another three-pointer that extended the advantage to 12 points. Nunn couldn't be stopped, continuing his perfect shooting streak in the opening period with two more triples from the left side.

The momentum built in the first quarter proved too much for Olimpia Milano, who never managed to recover from Panathinaikos' early surge. Nunn finished the game with a career-high and EuroLeague season-high 39 points, solidifying his status as one of the league's top performers.
