In a recent interview with Sports Scene's Shen Xiang, Sabalenka delved into her relentless motivation and revealed her favorite Chinese dishes. The World No. 2 expressed her appreciation for dishes like fried rice and Peking duck, highlighting her enjoyable culinary experiences in China.

Sabalenka's journey to the quarterfinals was marked by impressive victories over Katerina Siniakova of the Czech Republic and Yulia Putintseva of Kazakhstan. Reflecting on her matches, she emphasized the importance of fighting for every point and maintaining focus.

\"I'm super happy with the win, especially against Katarina, someone who is fighting until the last point,\" Sabalenka shared. \"It's about fighting for every point and focusing on yourself, and trying to do your best in each match.\"

Known for her aggressive playstyle and resilience, Sabalenka credited her father's advice as a key motivator. \"From childhood, I was always a fighter and I never gave up. If I give up, I feel bad for so long. I'm trying to bring fight and give my best every time I'm on the court,\" she explained.

She fondly recalled trying Peking duck in Beijing and her preference for fried rice, which she often indulges in while traveling. \"I like orange chicken and other spicy fried dishes that come with fried rice. I love visiting Chinese restaurants around the world,\" she added.
