Kevin Durant Dominates to Lead USA Past Serbia at Paris Olympics

The USA secured a commanding 110-84 victory over Serbia in their first men's basketball game at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics on Sunday, largely thanks to an outstanding performance by Kevin Durant.

Despite missing all five warm-up games due to a calf injury and having limited training sessions with his teammates, the \"Slim Reaper\" showed no signs of rust upon stepping onto the court.

Durant made each of his first eight shots, including five from beyond the arc, amassing 23 points for the USA, with 21 of those points coming in the first half.

Reflecting on his performance, Durant stated, \"I've been playing ball my whole life, so I simplified it. And when the ball touched my hand, I was aggressive.\"
