Hurley's current contract with UConn, signed last year, is a six-year deal worth $32.1 million, which includes two buyout clauses. If Hurley leaves for another college head-coaching job, the buyout is $7.5 million, and for an NBA head-coaching position, it drops to $1.875 million.
