Journalists lauded the comprehensive media facilities, which showcased top-tier hardware equipment and seamless service processes. Chengdu's commitment to excellence was evident through thoughtful services such as efficient transportation and accommodation, expert language translation, and real-time information updates, ensuring a smooth reporting experience.
In addition to Chengdu's achievement, the Budapest World Athletics Championships received the Best Media Facility award for a single sport event. Overall, thirty-three winners were announced, encompassing 24 awards from eight main senior categories, three for young reporters, five for investigative reporters, and one for a distinguished career in journalism.
