The Chinese grassroots football competition, held in Rongjiang County in the southwestern Guizhou Province of the Chinese mainland, celebrated rich ethnic diversity through vibrant performances and garnered over 58 billion views online last year.
The 2024 Village Super League season officially began on January 6, featuring 1,800 football enthusiasts from 62 teams who were divided into 10 groups. After intense competition and skillful play, the final 20 teams have been determined, leading up to the much-anticipated league finals slated to commence on Saturday.
