DPRK Ratifies Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty with Russia

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has officially ratified the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with Russia, marking a significant step in their bilateral relations. The ratification, enacted through a decree signed by the DPRK head of state on Monday, will become effective once both nations exchange ratification instruments.
