Xi Jinping Urges Industrial Workers to Propel Northeast China’s Revitalization

In a heartfelt letter, President Xi Jinping has called upon industrial workers to bring their wisdom and strength to the forefront of building a robust manufacturing sector, aiming for the complete revitalization of northeast China.

Speaking to representatives from China First Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. (CFHI) in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, Xi emphasized the critical role of manufacturing in establishing a strong nation. He highlighted his admiration for the workers' relentless pursuit of technological innovation and high product quality, noting that their efforts in overcoming core technological challenges have led to significant breakthroughs.

Xi's message underscores the importance of manufacturing as the foundation of national strength. He encouraged workers to remain dedicated to serving the country with their skills, fostering a spirit of excellence and craftsmanship. By boosting reform and innovation within centrally-administered enterprises, Xi envisions these companies enhancing their core functions and competitiveness, ultimately contributing to China's broader goal of national rejuvenation through modernization.

Since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, Xi has made multiple visits to CFHI, offering guidance on reform, innovation, and management. In response, CFHI workers awarded the title of role model have committed to advancing technological research and development, firmly dedicating themselves to the revitalization of northeast China and the ongoing mission to build China into a great nation.
