China and Argentina Strengthen Partnership for Future Growth

In a significant move to bolster international cooperation, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressed China’s commitment to maintaining a strong and stable partnership with Argentina. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Wang emphasized the continuity and importance China places on its relationship with Argentina.

Wang highlighted the complementary nature of the two economies and the solid foundation of their practical cooperation. He called on both nations to prioritize China-Argentina relations within their foreign policies and to deepen political mutual trust. Moreover, he urged mutual support on issues concerning each other’s core interests and major concerns.

Argentine Foreign Minister Diana Mondino echoed these sentiments, expressing Argentina’s appreciation for the Chinese market and welcoming Chinese enterprises to invest and conduct business in Argentina. Mondino also conveyed Argentina’s eagerness to expand bilateral economic and trade cooperation and actively participate in China-Latin America initiatives.
