China and Serbia Forge Stronger Bonds in St. Petersburg Talks

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin in St. Petersburg, Russia, on Wednesday, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations.

During the meeting, Wang Yi expressed China's appreciation for Serbia's steadfast friendship and robust support of China's core interests. He reaffirmed China's commitment to assisting Serbia in safeguarding its sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.

\"China will continue to uphold fairness and justice in the international community,\" Wang Yi stated, emphasizing his role as a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.

Deputy Prime Minister Vulin echoed these sentiments, highlighting Serbia's high regard for China's principled stance and equal treatment in international affairs. He expressed gratitude for China's long-standing invaluable support.

Vulin added that Serbia looks forward to learning from China's successful experiences and advancing cooperation across various sectors to achieve more positive outcomes in their partnership.
