The Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) of the Chinese mainland is set to convene its 11th session from September 10 to 13 in Beijing.
The decision was made on Tuesday during a meeting of the Council of Chairpersons of the NPC Standing Committee, which was presided over by Zhao Leji, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
