A U.S. military helicopter made an unexpected emergency landing on Saturday morning in a rice field located in Ebina city, within Japan's Kanagawa Prefecture, just south of Tokyo.
Local media reports, citing Japan's national broadcaster NHK and the local fire department, confirmed that no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Authorities have yet to release further details regarding the cause of the emergency landing. Investigations are ongoing to determine the factors that led to this event.
