Fu Cong has been appointed as the Chinese mainland's new permanent representative to the United Nations, according to the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA).
Meeting with Fu on Friday, Chairman of the CIDCA Luo Zhaohui congratulated Fu on assuming his new post.
