China's top legislator, Zhao Leji, is set to lead a delegation to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) from April 11 to 13. During this official goodwill visit, Zhao will attend the opening ceremony of the \"China-DPRK Friendship Year,\" aimed at deepening bilateral relations.
Zhao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will visit the neighboring country at the invitation of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK government.
