China's top legislator Zhao Leji met with Russian State Duma Deputy Chairman Alexander Babakov in Beijing on Monday, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral legislative cooperation between the two nations.
During the meeting, Zhao emphasized the National People's Congress (NPC) of China's willingness to collaborate with Russia's Federal Assembly to implement crucial consensus reached by their respective heads of state.
