We had the opportunity to speak with Piyal De Silva, former commander of the Sri Lankan Navy, who shared his insights on the BRI's decade-long influence on Sri Lanka. \"The BRI has significantly boosted our infrastructure development, fostering economic growth and regional connectivity,\" De Silva remarked.
