Displaying an innovative new energy bus at the forum's exhibition area, Liu emphasized his company's plans to align its market interests with those of Central Asia, highlighting the region's commitment to environmentally friendly practices.
This focus on sustainability underscores the shared commitment of China and Central Asia to combat global warming and promote sustainable economic growth. The collaboration extends to various industries, with over 2,000 Chinese enterprises currently operating in Uzbekistan. Both the business community and the government in Uzbekistan are keen on partnering with Chinese firms, especially in solar energy initiatives, reflecting a mutual dedication to sustainable energy solutions.
Since its inception in 2012, the China-Central Asia Cooperation Forum has progressively expanded the scope of collaboration between the two regions. This year is particularly noteworthy as it commemorates the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), with the recent China-Central Asia Summit in May highlighting the successful implementation of the BRI and signaling a new phase in bilateral relations.
