The Hainan provincial government has committed to assisting over 90 percent of enterprises in key industrial parks located in less-affected areas to resume production by September 15. They anticipate that by September 25, the production resumption rate across all key industrial parks in the province will exceed 95 percent, signaling a robust economic rebound.
