Describing the SCO as a model for new international relations and regional cooperation, Xi noted China's recent assumption of the SCO's rotating presidency. He reaffirmed China's readiness to collaborate with all members to uphold the Shanghai Spirit, strengthen unity and coordination, advance green development, and build a closer SCO community with a shared future.
