Seven people have died due to several hailstorms that have battered east of the Chinese mainland's Jiangxi Province since March 31, as reported by China Media Group on Wednesday, citing local authorities.
Around 93,000 people have been affected by the hailstorms, with over 800 needing to be resettled elsewhere. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed.
