The Forum on China and Africa Cooperation is set to take place in Beijing from September 4 to 6, marking the reunion since the last gathering in 2018. This year's theme, \"Joining Hands to Advance Modernization and Build a High-Level China-Africa Community with a Shared Future,\" underscores the commitment to deepening collaborative efforts between China and African nations.

The three-day event will feature a variety of activities, including an opening ceremony, a welcoming banquet with a gala performance, high-level meetings, and the Conference of Chinese and African Entrepreneurs. Additionally, bilateral meetings will be held on the sidelines, providing ample opportunities for direct engagement between leaders and business communities.

In the lead-up to the forum, CGTN is hosting a series of roundtable discussions focusing on the evolving relationship between China and Tanzania, which celebrates six decades of diplomatic ties this year. The latest roundtable, titled \"Coffee with Ambassadors – Future of China-Tanzania Relationship,\" brings together key figures such as His Excellency Khamis Mussa Omar, the Ambassador of Tanzania to China, Kanky Mwaigomole, News Anchor from Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation, and He Wenping, a senior research fellow at the China-Africa Institute.

The discussion delves into the shared development goals of both nations, the enduring friendship between China and Africa, and the promising opportunities that lie ahead. As China and Tanzania continue to collaborate on various fronts, the forum aims to foster a robust framework for mutual growth and prosperity, reinforcing the bonds that have been built over six decades.
